The College has initiated a number of research projects in order to create and inculcate research temperament among the faculty members and students. It helps expanding and deepening students' knowledge in the field of theoretical fundamentals of the disciplines studied, developing practical skills of independent research and to meet the challenge issued by science and practice.

Corrosion rate of mild steel in sulphuric acid with Azadirchto indica extract The investigation is related to studies on corrosion behavior of mild steel in IN sulphuric acid at various hours using weight loss method. The inhibitor efficiency and surface coverage have been found. The inhibition capacity of this extract is attributed to the presence of saponin, tannin, ackaloid, anthraquinone, flavanoid, caudiac, glycosides.
2 Synthesis and Evaluation of anticorrosive behavior of some Schiff bases Some Schiff bases have been reported earlier as corrosion inhibitors for steel, copper, aluminium and zinc. Some research work reveal that the inhibition efficiency of Schiff bases is much greater that of corresponding amines and aldehyle. This may due to the presence of C=N group in a module.
3 Inhibition of Corrosion on mild steel by piperigram acid extract medium The recent trend of using different herbal extract as corrosion inhibitor was due to biodegradable, toxicx, highly stable nature in acidic acid solution, plant seeds, leaves, flower have been used to corrosion inhibitor in several studies. Acid and water extract of pipernigrum seeds towards corrosion of mild steel in IN sulphuric acid solution by loss method.
4 Inhibition of Corrosion on mild steel by Citrus indica leaf in acidic medium The use of inhibition is one of the most practical methods for protection against corrosion in acidic medium. Various types of inhibitors are proud in mild steel corrosion in acid medium. The inhibition is accomplished by adsorption of the extract component of the iron surface and adsorption is spontaneous.
5 Inhibition of Corrosion on mild steel by mimosa pudica in acidic medium The investigation is related to studies on corrosion behavior of mild steel in IN sulphuric acid at various hours using weight loss method. Besides, the influence of by mimosa pudica extract and various hours on inhibition of mild steel corrosion has been studied. The inhibitor efficiency and surface coverage have also been found.
6 Growth and characterization of thiourea doped zinc acetate by slow evaporation method Thiourea doped zinc acetate crystal is grown by slow evaporation method. Crystal parameters, elements present in the crystal are studied and good result is obtained. It can be used in optoelectronic devices.
7 Construction and thermal analysis of a single basin double slope solar still Solar still is focused on the design, thermal analysis and performance of a single basin double slope solar still fabricated with acrylic sheets.
8 A study on some graph labeling Graph labeling has focused on finding classes of graphs which admits about permutation and combination labeling, prime labeling, square difference labeling, product cordial labeling, zumkeller labeling and applications of graphs.
